Video: Wes Anderson and Kent Jones Introduce THEY MADE ME A FUGITIVE

Film director Wes Anderson (The Fantastic Mr. Fox; Rushmore) and film critic Kent Jones introduce They Made Me a Fugitive (1947, dir. Alberto Cavalcanti) at the Museum of Modern Art, November 6, 2010. The screening was part of MoMA’s ongoing series To Save and Protect: The Eighth MoMA International Festival of Film Preservation.

Watch They Made Me a Fugitive on Fandor. If you watch it, you might discern how the snappy repartee could easily slide into a Wes Anderson script.
