Louis Godbout is a writer and director living in Montreal. He holds law and philosophy degrees and has taught philosophy for fifteen years in a Montreal college. In parallel with teaching, he has pursued a career as a writer, publishing essays in philosophy before recently turning to screenwriting and directing. His film credits include “Coda”, starring Patrick Stewart and Katie Holmes (2019, writer); “Mont Foster” (2020, writer-director), Une révision (2021, writer), and “The Cheaters” (2022, writer-director).
