The team sits down with Domee Shi, Director of Pixar’s new film, “Turning Red” (2022). (And she did the screenplay!!)
Domee Shi is a Chinese-Canadian animator, director and screenwriter. Since 2011, she has worked for Pixar, where she has contributed to multiple films including Inside Out (2015), Incredibles 2 (2018), and Toy Story 4 (2019). She was the first woman to direct a short film for Pixar (“Bao,” 2018), and is the Director for Pixar’s new film, “Turning Red” (2022).
