Hooman and Chris sit down with Producer, Director, and Cinematographer, Cam Cowan.
Cam stopped practicing law to study filmmaking and began to make documentaries focused on political and social justice issues. While shooting in Madagascar, he came across a man named Father Pedro.
Father Opeka is the inspiring story of an extraordinary humanitarian Father Pedro Opeka. He has been helping people for 50 years, and, in the last 30 years, he created a non-government organization with one village. His work has focused on teaching young people how to build houses, schools, and hospitals. In 50 years, Father Opeka’s work has helped half a million people.
